ETI's training options |
ETI
has training options to fit your schedule and your budget
When you receive GD&T training from ETI, your training options
are unlimited.
You can receive ETI's hands-on GD&T training through onsite
or public workshops. For those who prefer self-study, we also offer
a Tolerance Stacks Self-Study Course.

Onsite
workshops - Let
ETI provide your organization with the most current, comprehensive
GD&T instruction in industry. One
of ETI's qualified instructors will come to your site to conduct
hands-on workshops on GD&T and related subjects.
We provide workshops at locations around the world.
Tolerance
Stacks 3-Day Onsite Workshop
Exclusively
from ETI, this advanced course will show you how to calculate tolerance
stacks, a crucial skill in todays competitive workplace. Solve
problems in the design stage instead of the production stage, and
save time and money by getting it right the first time.

Workshop
Highlights
The workshop is based on a series of goals and objectives.
It includes numerous practice problems and in-depth coverage
of tolerance stacks applications. Youll learn how to
use tolerance stacks to establish part tolerances, analyze
design, create process designs, use geometric tolerances in
stacks, and much much more. CEUs will be awarded for successful
completion of the course.
Each
workshop participant receives:
A copy of Tolerance Stacks textbook, by Alex Krulikowski
A Tolerance Stacks Drawing Package
A Tolerance Stacks Exercise Workbook
A Tolerance Stacks Summary Chart
Class handouts
An official certificate of completion

Statistical
Tolerance Stacks 1-Day Onsite Workshop
This introduction
to statistical tolerance stacks builds upon the methods taught in
the Tolerance Stacks Using GD&T course.
Workshop Highlights
The workshop is based on a series of goals and objectives. The course
includes a brief review of several terms used in statistical stacks.
It explains four methods for applying statistics to tolerance stacks
and covers precautions about when and how to use statistics in stacks.
The course ends with several stacks for the student to practice
applying statistical methods.
Each workshop
participant receives:
A copy of Statistical Tolerance Stacks, by Alex Krulikowski
Class handouts
An official certificate of completion
Who Should
Attend
Both workshops are valuable for individuals who create or interpret
engineering drawings: product and gage designers; process, product,
and manufacturing engineers; supplier quality engineers; CMM operators;
buyers/purchasers; checkers; inspectors; technicians; and sales
engineers.
ETI
offers skills testing with every workshop, and all of our courses
can be customized to include your drawings and parts.
ETI
will beat any comparable training quote from any legitimate GD&T
training company.
Stacks Public Workshops
Public
workshops - Since
2005, ETI has been offering public workshops, including courses on Tolerance Stacks and Statistical Tolerance Stacks. Students who attend our workshops walk away
with more than knowledge. They gain on-the-job skills because our
workshops are hands-on and performance-based. Each workshop approaches
the subject from a design perspective.
Register for an ETI public workshop, today. See our complete
public workshop schedule.
Tolerance
Stacks Self-Study Workbook - Calculate stacks in drawings using
coordinate dimensioning and geometric tolerancing controls. Use
stacks to create designs that maximize fit, function, and return
on investment. Optimize part tolerances for design function and
manufacturing processes.
The textbook
includes 39 performance objectives to be mastered and over 50 practice
stacks to calculate. The
Stacks Applications Workbook contains 25 practice stacks that will
enhance your skills in optimizing part designs by choosing design
goals. The detailed help section reveals hints, partial answers,
and total solutions as needed. It also contains a personal progress
chart and complete solutions for all tests, problems, and quizzes.
The Drawing Package details two complete product designs to analyze.
