Advanced Concepts of GD&T 2-Day (ASME Y14.5M-1994)
This accelerated course was developed to meet your advanced GD&T needs by building on your existing fundamental skills. You’ll learn about advanced GD&T concepts like composite tolerancing, tolerance analysis, datum selection, non-rigid part dimensioning, and many more key dimensioning topics. ASME Y14.5M-1994-ASME Y14.5-2009 Update Workshop
Update your department's geometric tolerancing skills to the new ASME Y14.5-2009 Standard. Over sixty significant revisions, additions, and deletions are explained. New features are explained and compared to the 1994 Standard. Comparison charts that highlight itemized changes in the standard are included and will provide quick, on-the-job drawing interpretation. Engineering Drawing Requirements- 1-Day Workshop ASME Y14.100-2004
Working with drawings involves analyzing, making decisions, and processing data. The Engineering Drawing Requirements workshop is based on practical applications of print interpretation. It will give you a better understanding of the view representation, dimensions, tolerances, and symbols used on prints. This hands-on workshop is based on ASME standards and common industry practices. It contains a series of goals and objectives and includes numerous practice problems. Fundamentals of GD&T 2-Day (ASME Y14.5M-1994)
Fundamentals of GD&T 2-Day (ASME Y14.5-2009)
If you have a basic understanding of mechanical drawings, Alex can teach you the terms, rules, symbols, and concepts of GD&T. You'll get an in-depth explanation of geometric symbols, including each symbol's requirements, tolerance zones, and limitations. The class includes a comparison of GD&T to coordinate tolerancing; an explanation of tolerance zones; Rules #1 and #2; form and orientation controls; tolerance of position; runout and profile controls. Throughout the class, you'll hone your newly acquired skills with over 300 practice problems. This complete course in GD&T fundamentals is the most thorough and comprehensive training on the market. We offer this class based on both the ASME Y14.5M-1994 and ASME Y14.5-2009 Standards.

Fundamentals of GD&T for Inspectors - 2-Day Workshop (ASME Y14.5M-1994)
This 2-day workshop includes an introduction to geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and how to inspect GD&T requirements. The course is based on ASME Y14.5M-1994, Y14.5.1 and Y14.43 standards. Read more about the course.

ISO Geometrical Tolerancing - 2-Day Workshop
Enable global sourcing for your company and learn to read drawings created in other countries. The ISO Geometrical Tolerancing workshop will teach you the ins and outs of utilizing the ISO standards. Solid Model Tolerancing - 1-Day Workshop (ASME Y14.41-2003)
The Y14.41 Standard establishes requirements for preparing, organizing and interpreting 3D digital product images. It also provides a guide for CAD software developers working on improved modeling and annotation practices for the engineering community. The Solid Model Tolerancing course is not based on any single CAD system or product development process. It covers concepts and standards that can be applied with a number of CAD systems. Intro to Statistical Tolerance Stacks 1-Day (Concept Driven)
This introduction to statistical tolerance stacks builds upon the methods taught in the Tolerance Stacks Using GD&T course. The course includes a brief review of several terms used in statistical stacks, explains four methods for applying statistics to tolerance stacks, and covers precautions about when and how to use statistics in stacks. The course also includes several stacks for the student to practice applying statistical methods. It's designed for individuals who create or interpret engineering drawings: product and gage designers; process, product, and manufacturing engineers; supplier quality engineers; CMM operators; buyers/purchasers; checkers; inspectors; technicians; and sales engineers.
