Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend your registered course, simply send a substitute. The substitute should be sure to inform us of the original registered student’s name on the first day of class.

Transfer Policy
Transfer requests must be received in writing via fax or email ONLY. Fax 1.734.728.1260 or email sales@etinews.com.

There is no additional charge to transfer to another class if you do so at least 21 days before the scheduled class date. If you transfer less than 21 days prior to the scheduled date of class, you will incur a $100 transfer fee.

You cannot transfer on or after the first day of class.

Cancellation Policy
Course cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email ONLY. Fax 1.734.728.1260 or email sales@tinews.com  

You will receive a full refund if you cancel a class at least 21 days before the scheduled class date. If you cancel less than 21 days prior to the scheduled date of class, you will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

If you do not attend a class, or you cancel on or after the first day, you are responsible for the full class fee. Please remember, if you do not cancel and do not attend, there will be no refund.
 
ETI is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. Please call 1-800-886-0909 to confirm that the workshop is running before purchasing airline tickets. ETI retains the right to cancel any workshop.
