Systems may be configured differently. These directions are a general reference on enabling Sun or Microsoft Java.

1. Open Internet Explorer and select Tools from the menu bar.

2. Select Internet Options from the drop down menu.

3. Select the Security Tab.

4. Select the Internet Zone and then click on the Custom button.

5. Scroll down the list until you find the Scripting section.

6. Find the "Scripting for Java Applets" subsection and set it to Enable.
