Checking Color Depth Settings

Systems may be configured differently. These directions are a general reference on checking your color depth settings.

Instructions on checking your color depth settings:

1. Click the Start button in the taskbar.

2. Click Control Panel if you see it in the menu. If not, highlight Settings and then left-click Control Panel.

3. Double-click the Display icon.

4. Select the Settings tab.

5. Your color depth is located toward the bottom right corner of the window. It must be set to 16 bit or higher.
