Ken G, In my experience the inspection material needs to be specified in detail for repeatablity. I do not believe that there are any national or international standards that cover grades of mylar used in inspection of profile of a line, because it is not a requirement of inspection profile of a line. The companies I have see that use mylar templates of true profile specifiy the mylar maker and thickness or product number as a means of getting consistency in there inspections. Good luck. |
