On p. 380 there are four examples of coaxiality controlled by TOP. The first example is pretty straightforward.

The second and third are identical other than the appearance of the callout. Would a 20.07 diameter ring gage as long as the part be an appropriate functional gage for this?

The fourth example is also unusual. If my interpretation is correct, a 24.65 diameter ring gage with a 34.65 diameter counterbore would properly gage this callout. Is this correct?

I would like to respond to your questions, however Pg 380 is the second to last page of the Glossary. Someone corrected this to Pg 320, but that is the last page of the runout control explanation. I'm using the 1997 Printing of Fundimantals of GD&T 2nd Eddition. What book are you using?
